Returns & Refunds

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be changed.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
